Break Free from Burnout & Trauma Patterns
Reclaim Your Life
Is your nervous system stuck in survival mode?
You’ve done the work. Therapy, coaching, maybe even retreats or training – but it never truly lands. You keep circling back into the same patterns.
- Your mind is constantly busy – especially if you’re highly sensitive (HSP) or have ADHD.
- You feel on edge, easily overwhelmed or drained.
- Burnout or depression are either looming or already part of your daily life.
- You sense there’s something deeper that needs to shift – but words don’t seem to reach it.
Brainspotting helps you break free from what your thinking mind can’t resolve.
Why talking isn’t enough – and what to do instead
You’ve tried everything—self-help books, therapy, career changes, even spiritual retreats. Yet, real change remains out of reach. Why?
Trauma is stored in the body, beyond what the mind can process. True healing requires accessing these deeper layers.
What happened in our Brainspotting session felt incredibly gentle and organic. Nothing was forced. I was able to process very old, preverbal trauma around boundaries and powerlessness in a way that felt soft, nurturing and deeply healing — something I had never experienced before. It helped me realise how much had actually shifted, not just intellectually, but in my body.

Online Brainspotting for deep healing from burnout, ADHD & depression
Persistent struggles often stem from early emotional wounds, not just single traumatic events. As a child, you may have coped by disconnecting from your body, leaving patterns deeply imprinted in your nervous system.
Brainspotting helps process these imprints at a core level—where cognitive approaches fall short.
Recent research shows that Brainspotting led to a significant reduction in symptoms such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), physical complaints, stress, and social isolation in 80% of participants. Other studies indicate that, out of 16 examined therapy methods, Brainspotting is the most effective.
Who is this for?
Brainspotting is highly effective for people who:
- Long for more depth, inner calm, and lasting transformation
- Recognize themselves in burnout, high sensitivity (HSP), ADHD, HBG or depressive tendencies
- Feel stuck in relationships or work without knowing why
- Have already done a lot of inner work, but keep running into the same emotional walls
- Tend to people-please, over-adapt, or lose themselves in contact.
Somatic therapy that meets you where you are
Brainspotting is a powerful, body-based trauma therapy. It helps you:
✅ Release stored trauma without reliving painful memories
✅ Bypass overthinking and access deep healing
✅ Rewire unconscious patterns that keep you stuck.
Unlike EMDR, Brainspotting works gently and keeps you in control. Research shows it’s one of the most effective trauma therapies available.

- When Words No Longer Work And You Slowly Lose Each Other Along the Way
This blog explores what happens when conversations start to falter, even when intentions are good. It looks at how tension often moves inward or outward without us noticing – and how learning to sense that moment earlier, in the body and in contact, can help prevent losing each other along the way. - What Brainspotting Can Open
This blog shows how Brainspotting can support deep trauma healing by allowing the nervous system to release what has been held for a long time. Using one expressive session as an example. - When Feeling Solves More Than Talking
Talking helps, but not always enough. This piece shows why feeling often resolves what analysing can’t — and how Brainspotting helps your body let go. - The Inward Boomerang
Anger isn’t the problem; it’s a signal of integrity. This article shows how the “boomerang” of self-blame can soften into grounded strength.
