Recent research shows that Brainspotting led to a significant reduction in symptoms such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), physical complaints, stress, and social isolation in 80% of participants. Other studies indicate that, out of 16 examined therapy methods, Brainspotting is the most effective.

The fee for an online Brainspotting session is €145. For people with little to no fixed income, a reduced fee of €95 applies. All fees are exempt from VAT. Sessions last between 45 and 90 minutes and are tailored to what is most effective for you.
