People who work with me are typically between 30 and 65 years old. They’re often sensitive, responsible, and deeply committed — especially to others. Many have learned to manage emotions through thinking, but feel that approach no longer works.

Here are some of the recurring patterns I see:

🔸 Ongoing inner tension or restlessness

You’re often ‘switched on’, even when there’s no immediate stressor. There may be a constant pressure, tightness in the body, or trouble relaxing. True rest feels distant.

🔸 Feeling disconnected from your body

You spend much of your life in your head. Connecting to your feelings or physical sensations feels strange, uncomfortable — or simply hard to access. Maybe you had to leave that connection behind to cope or protect yourself.

🔸 Recurring emotional patterns

Whether it’s in relationships, work, or your own self-perception — you keep running into the same dynamics. You understand them, but can’t seem to shift them. Insight alone no longer brings real change.

🔸 Burnout or chronic exhaustion

You’ve carried a lot for a long time. You’re used to pushing through, to being there for others. But now your system says: enough. Maybe you’re already burned out — or very close to the edge.

🔸 Suppressed emotions or unresolved trauma

There’s sadness, anger, numbness or helplessness that doesn’t quite make sense — or that you try not to feel. Something in you longs to be acknowledged and met with gentleness.

🔸 Loss of direction or inner disconnection

You’ve lost clarity about what really matters. You may feel empty, adrift, or out of touch with yourself. There’s a longing to come home — to yourself, your truth, and what gives life meaning.
